Delney, Streetwise Lookout While I generally dislike Panharmonicon-style cards that double triggers, Delney, Streetwise Lookout from Murders at Karlov Manor has enough of a restriction to make the value interesting

Led by Quintorius, History Chaser, a planeswalker , this deck is built to generate spirit tokens and isn't afraid to let cards head to the graveyard because there are ways to either cast the card again (Flashback) or, in the case of creatures, bring them back to the battlefield

Weaknesses: Relies heavily on fragile pre-evolutions like Litten and Torracat

Evolves from Cacnea

Wizards has so far refused to comment on how likely the card will be to grant its buyer superpowers
